Parties: Frequently Asked Questions

How are the party rooms set up?

The upstairs party room has two picnic style tables and two futons.
There is also another table for cake, snacks, presents etc. and a
refrigerator / freezer.
The downstairs party room has 3 small tables with benches for small children and some seating for adults. There are also two card tables for cake, snacks, presents etc.

What should we bring to the birthday party?

We suggest that you bring one to two table cloths for the picnic style
tables and all of the plates, cups, napkins, and silverware that you will need.
It is up to you what you would like to serve. Some people bring snacks or
even pizza and some people just bring cake and ice cream.

What are the most commonly forgotten items?

Matches are probably the most forgotten item, but forks, a knife to cut
the cake and candles also get forgotten quite a bit.

Will I be charged for little babies or younger siblings attending the party?

Any child that is participating in the party will be counted toward the
number of guests. However, if a child is too young to
participate and is with the parent the whole time, they will not be counted
toward the number of guests.

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Our parties have a tendency to book very quickly, especially
during the school year. We recommend that you book your party two to
three months in advance.

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring to a party?

We try to put very little restrictions on the things you can bring to the party.
However, we do ask that you refrain from bringing confetti, silly string or poppers because they can cause too much debris.
