We suggest that you bring one to two table cloths for the picnic style
tables and all of the plates, cups, napkins, and silverware that you will need.
It is up to you what you would like to serve. Some people bring snacks or
even pizza and some people just bring cake and ice cream.

***If you booked a Deluxe Birthday Party, then Santa Cruz Gymnastics will provide the tableware, including cups, napkins, plates, and plastic-ware.***

The upstairs party room has two picnic style tables and two benches.
There is also another table for cake, snacks, presents etc. and a
refrigerator / freezer.
The downstairs party room has 3 small tables with benches for small children and some seating for adults. There are also two card tables for cake, snacks, presents etc.

Matches are probably the most forgotten item, but forks, a knife to cut
the cake and candles also get forgotten quite a bit.

Any child that is participating in the party (walking age) will be counted toward the
number of guests. However, if a child is too young to
participate and is with the parent the whole time, they will not be counted
toward the number of guests.

Our parties have a tendency to book very quickly, especially
during the school year. We recommend that you book your party two to
three months in advance.

We try to put very little restrictions on the things you can bring to the party.
However, we do ask that you refrain from bringing the following:

  • Popcorn
  • Confetti
  • Silly string
  • Poppers

Yes you can. You must let the Birthday Party director know in advance. Piñata time can only be held during the time scheduled on the floor, and not during the scheduled time in the party room.
