BIRTHDAY PARTIES

One of the most popular events at the gym is our Birthday Parties!  With our Basic Birthday Party you get one hour out on the gymnastics floor and then half an hour in the party room to do gifts, food, presents, whatever you choose.  You can decorate your party any way you would like and come 15 minutes in advance to do so.  The basic party is $200 for the first 12 children and the birthday child is free.  After that each additional child is $10.00.

Birthday parties must be booked online.  Just go to our website at www.scgym.com and click on the birthday calendar and find the date and time you would like and register right from there.  If you have any questions please feel free to call our office (831) 462-0655 and ask any questions you may have.

Our Newest Party – The Deluxe Party  also adds another 30 minutes of fun and some great extras.  Besides being 2 hours long, we provide you with plates, napkins, cups, plastic ware and table coverings.   The Deluxe Party is $275 for 12 guests (Birthday Child is Free) and $10 for each additional guest over 12 guests.

Parents/Chapperones: We encourage parents to observe their
children within the gym, as well as help supervise (usually
trampoline and foam pit), allowing the instructor to assist with
other events. However, parents must also abide by the gym’s
rules and refrain from using ANY equipment.

Birthday Party Rules

1. All children must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to participate in the party.

2. Any children 3 and under need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. The amount due, after the deposit, is due the day of the party and is paid at the end of your party. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash or Check.

4. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your party.

5. A $25 reschedule fee will be charged if you reschedule your party more than once.

6. You may bring food, snacks and drinks to share in the party room if you wish.

7. Parents and guests over 18 years old must refrain from using any of the gymnastics equipment as our insurance does not cover this.

8. Please no confetti, popcorn or alcoholic beverages.

9. As the birthday party parent we ask you to help staff members in directing guests out of the building at the end of the party.

10. There is a 15 minute grace period after the scheduled ending time of your party to clean up. If you exceed this amount of time you will be charged for extra time.

11. We provide a free birthday shirt for the birthday child, if there are 2 birthday kids at 1 party there is a $10 fee for a second birthday shirt.

12. CD player and USB are available for your choice of music as long as all songs are appropriate for children. No explicit music please.

13. Soft and stretchy clothing should be worn, no buttons or zippers please. No shoes to be worn out on the gym floor. Socks are not recommended but can be worn if needed. Socks will be eaten by the pit monster if worn in the pit.

14. No food or drink on the gym floor. Please keep snacks and drinks in designated party room.  Thank You!
