Birthday Parties – Frequently Asked Questions

While we understand unforeseen circumstances happen, we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds if you need to cancel for any reason with less than 30 days notice. If you provide more than 30 days notice, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice and we are able to fill your time slot with another party, then we will refund your deposit.

The maximum number of guests is 20. No exceptions. 

All children on the floor during the time of the party count towards your total headcount. The only exception are for children who are exclusively baby-worn the entire time they are out on the floor. Children under the age of 3 are required to have an accompanying adult with them while they are on the floor. The accompanying adult will not count towards your total head count BUT they must fill out a waiver form. All other guests, including siblings who do not wish to participate and adults, must remain in the party area.

The $100.00 deposit is only refundable if cancelation is 30 days before the party date. If you provide more than 30 days notice, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, and we are able to fill your time slot with another party, then we will refund your deposit.

You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up in the party area. Please be aware, there is a party before you, they will also be cleaning up from their party during that time.
